This project comprises of 9 apartments and a 9,500 sq.ft. medical centre. The first phase of the works consists of building a new medical centre made up of a new basement and ground floor building within the car park of the existing site. These works are carried out whilst the existing medical centre is fully operational thus requiring close liaison with the practice operators.
The 9 apartments and the refurbishment of the existing medical centre form the second phase of the works. These works are carried out whilst the medical centre operates from its new facilities.
